How to Pay Dues with a Credit Card

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Navigate to https://neighborcloud.app/

  2. Click "Violations"

  3. Click this "Issue" dropdown button and select the Violation you would like to report

  4. Choose the type of Violation

  5. Click the "Select Property" field.

  6. Start typing the address to automatically filter the list of properties or scroll to select the address of the property that is in violation of the Covenants.

  7. Click the address to select

  8. Click the "More Information (optional)" field and enter any additional information that will be helpful in resolving the Violation.

  9. Click "Click to Upload a Photo" to attach your photo of the Violation.

  10. Click the checkbox to confirm you have read the governing documents and the Violation you are reporting is valid.

  11. Click "Submit Violation Report" to complete your report.

  3. Click this "Issue" dropdown to see the list of items available for maintenance.

  4. Select the item in need of maintenance.

  5. Click the "More Information (optional)" field and enter as much information as possible.

  6. Click "Click to Upload a Photo" and attach your photo of the item.

  7. Click "Submit Request" to send the Maintenance Request to your Board of Directors.

  1. Navigate to https://neighborcloud.app/

  2. Click "Architecture Review"

  3. If you own more than one property, click "Select a Property" and choose the address for the ARC Review. If you only own one property, skip to Step 5.

  4. Select your property address from the dropdown menu.

  5. Click the "Issue" field.

  6. Select the type of ARC Review

  7. Click the "More Information (optional)" field.

  8. Enter as much detail as possible in the "More information" field.

  9. Click "Click to Upload Files" and attach any relevant documents and project plans.

  10. Click the checkbox to verify that you have read the covenants.

  11. Click "Request a Review" to submit your request to the Board of Directors.
